Hi everyone! It's Maggie here with a big end-of-the-week update. These last few days have been an absolute whirlwind. It's midterm time so our teachers have been busy bees administering exams and assessments for all the kids. I can not believe we are half-way through the school year already.

Hot Powerflow Yoga has been an amazing addition to my weekly routine while I'm here in the U.S. Ruth, our awesome U.S. Director of Operations got me into it and it's sooo addicting. You can find me at the Powerflow studio in Morristown a few days a week, usually after a day at the office. I really love it and can feel my body slowly starting to unwind from the stress and tension that has come with life in Nepal and years as a runner and athlete. I can finally get up and stay in a headstand. (High five!) Gotta love those inversions :)
