Hanuman And Rice Paddies

We took the kids for an evening walk down my favorite little dirt road to the Hanuman Temple yesterday. There is a sweet little old lady I adore who always gives us a tika forehead blessing. The kids all ran around the grounds ringing the bells and playing in the spring. It was such a lovely evening. The valley is so beautiful this time of year with all the green rice paddies as far as the eye can see and lots of people hard at work as the harvest season begins.
