Senior Programs Manager

The Senior Program Manager is one of the senior team members of Kopila Valley Sewa Samaj. This role is expected to lead the program team with professional rigor for the effective and efficient delivery of program goals, rallying the team toward collective achievement. As a member of the leadership team of the organization, this role will contribute to the overall development of the organization facilitating inter-team collaboration, and building a positive work culture. The Senior Program Manager is expected to work closely with the funding partner BlinkNow Foundation.
Monitoring and Evaluation Manager

The Monitoring and Evaluation Manager is responsible for designing, conducting, and presenting the monitoring and evaluation of BlinkNow Nepal and its implementing partner organization – Kopila Valley Sewa Samaj (KVSS). Working directly under the Country Representative, this position will also prepare the M&E plan, be part of setting indicators, conduct assessments and evaluations, and data collection, data analysis, and presentation to ensure the quality outcome of the programs. This role is expected to be humble, patient, and passionate about working with team members and the children. The primary focus of this role is promoting professionalism and measuring the impact of the organization.
