Join Our Team: Administrative Volunteer
Come under our US umbrella! We are looking for a volunteer to help our administrative team in New Jersey. This volunteer will support our development program and lend administrative assistance both remotely and in our Morristown, NJ office. Responsibilities include managing donations, assisting with our 10 Year Celebration event planning, and keeping us organized during this busy time! If you have strong administrative skills, this is your chance to get involved with BlinkNow.
Our volunteer opportunity requires good judgment in interacting with a variety of internal and external contacts. The ideal candidate is a good humored and extremely organized individual with attention to detail, excellent judgment and discretion, strong writing skills, a flexible and proactive attitude, and a commitment to BlinkNow’s mission. The position reports to the Program Associate.
This volunteer position will require 8-10 hours a week, working both remotely and in our Morristown, NJ office.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Tech savvy, detail oriented and organized individual.
- Experience with Customer Relationship Management systems, Blue State Digital and Classy preferred.
- Knowledge of Word and Excel required.
- Fluent in English, required.
