This was a hard letter for me to write at first. you are so quiet and often stand in the background of things around here. Sometimes I find that it's hard to get you to open up. Once you do open up we are all quick to realize how warm and loving and open and fun you are.

Dear H, Our little ninja. You came into this home and immediately asserted your presence. We call you our “morning wake up call”. You are the first one awake every morning at 6 am. First, you and Juda uncle have a cup of tea and then you start your rounds— running around the house, upstairs, downstairs, jumping all around, turning the light switches on and off and taking inventory of each and every room.
