Kopila Valley School Vacancy Announcement

UPDATE [March 12, 2012] Thank you for your interest! The Kopila Valley School Principal application is officially closed.

Today Kopila Valley School announced our principal vacancy in both the Kantipur Daily and Himalayan Times newspapers and I thought I should do the same here in case you or someone you know might be interested or want to help spread the word.  We are looking for a highly qualified and passionate educator, fluent in English with 8-10 years of teaching and/or administrative experience as well as experience studying or teaching abroad.

A competitive (Nepali standards) salary and relocation costs will be provided.

If you or someone you know is interested in applying for this position please send resumes to:

info [at] blinknow.org   (We will be accepting applicants for the next two weeks.)  *search closed.

If you are a principal or teacher in the U.S. looking to take a sabbatical or year of experience abroad and are interested in a position at Kopila Valley School please contact us as well!

We will also be announcing our long term volunteer position openings in a future post, so interested volunteers stay tuned.  We're all busy getting ready and eagerly anticipating the new Nepali school year in May!

Happy Friday!
